Long black floral dress with tie *The skirting has a high slit so I would suggest wearing a slip underneath or pinning it if it’s windy. I wore this to a wedding and it ended up being super windy so I just stuck a little pin to keep it from flying open. Super lightweight and flowy! Worn once to a wedding.
