See and Be Seen cotton floral off shoulder top in size medium. Bright florals give it a tropical look. Off shoulder but has sleeves and a ruffle all the way around. There is tiny red and purple fringe on ruffle and sleeves hems. Very good preowned condition. See pictures for measurements
