dgbailey @parkavecb Here you go, sorry for the delay, I was out of the country . With Coat Snaps Closed- Approximately 14” at top (collar), approximately 16” across under arm.

dgbailey @parkavecb Hmmm, Its a good possibility it would fit because the top is measured from black accent band to the other. This is not the true shoulder. Underarm is true, that’s why I added.
