Last Chance !! Beautiful blue and white check seersucker blouse. Open v-neck style. Three quarter sleeve with ruffle. Ruffle around the bottom of the blouse is 1 3/4 inches. Measures 24/25 inches armpit to armpit. Size 1X Length 26inches Sleeve length 16 1/2 inches Washer/Dryer ok Like new No tears or stains. Blouse is not darker blue at bottom. Angle of the camera caused a shadow.
