Seersucker Halter Dress

Blue seersucker a line dress with a halter neck. Two buttons on the back of the neck to adjust. Perfect fabric for summer vacation, it doesn't wrinkle and is great for packing. Some slight makeup staining on the inside of the chest but not visible outside. Hits just at my knee.
