Seersucker dolman sleeve cocoon dress

This dress is cotton, blue and white striped seersucker material, from an amazing indie designer Tiny Closet. Tried on but never worn. Since the batwing/ dolman silhouette makes it hard to measure the bust, I measured the sweep instead: 22” across. 38” from shoulder to front hem. Amazing deep pockets in front.
