Seersucker jumper with spouting whale appliqué & matching bloomers

This item was purchased on Etsy. It is handmade, boutique quality, fully lined, and 100% cotton. Marlowe wore the set as a dress (with bloomers), first, and we extended its life by wearing just the top, styled with navy bottoms or white cut-offs as she grew taller. Because we were able to get several seasons of wear out of this set, the top is not in excellent or like new condition - there is some minor pilling, which I tried to capture in a very up-close picture of the fabric, and a small, light stain near the top left of the whale’s water spout. The jumper/top still has tons of life left, and both are barely (if at all) noticeable when worn! The bloomers are size 6 mos., and are visibly less worn than the top. As they are simply blue/white, they could be worn to compliment any number of other dresses or tops.
