ofeliabee @devin987222 not pressure tested, but fully working condition. Comes as shown. There are no instructions. It was custom modified by a professional watch company with fully customized components.

ofeliabee @devin987222 The SKX-007 is itself a “diving watch” and it was modified by a professional at a reputable watch store. While it was not tested, I don’t see why you couldn’t go underwater in it. For serious diving, I’d recommend getting it pressure tested, of course. But you could easily swim in a pool, etc with it.
