@86tallgirl this is foundation but they call their foundation & concealer “highlight shades”. The bumps are just from the heat process in which it was made. They go away once you use it

@86tallgirl it varies from tin to tin. Not defective. It was just shipped to me during the summertime & when they heat up they will get little bumps that dry when the product solidifies.
