Self Contrast Floral Button-Up Blouse

This XS button-up blouse is perfect for business-casual floral fans! Along with buttons, there is a tie at the neckline that adds shape and even more femininity to the shirt. It's lightweight, flowy, and hits right at the top of my hips (5'2"). I mostly wore it to work and it's about 2 years old. The tag recommends hand-washing, but I was able to use the hand-wash mode on my washer and then hung it up to dry.
