laurenmeers @fishmaju if you plan to lift your arms quite a bit, it is not the best dress for that! Just like any other strapless dress, the straps are directly connected to the dress and can make it difficult to raise your arms without the dress also coming up. However, all other movement is totally fine and not restricted. I wore to a wedding and had no issues 😊
