Self made Hey Arnold Pencil Skirt

Selling this because it is pencil skirt style and as my other listings for this style state I do not like the look of it pencil style on me. I machine sewed this myself and I not know if it can be washed in the machine but I recommend hand washing this when you wear it. It has only been worn by me once since then I have hand washed it. it is not elastic band even though it looks it, it is a zip up pencil skirt style. I made this to fit me when I was about a size medium so it is a bit tight on me now, I am wearing it in 2nd photo for an example I am about a size large - xlarge for reference.
