Self-Portrait Chiffon Blouse in Light Blue Size 2

A feminine ruffled blouse by Self-Portrait in a sheer, flowy polyester chiffon; features flounces, embroidery, and a ribbon accent tie at the neck; size 2 US (UK 6) with a forgiving fit. It is in pristine condition without any signs of wear. I actually don't recall wearing this, but at some point I removed the tags and the fabric label.
