Selkie Baby Pinstripe Puff

Beautiful short organza dress with elasticated puff sleeves. The bust and sleeves are edged with fine lace. This dress has two additional organza ruffles at the bottom and is slightly sheer on the bust. It opens in the back with a discreet zipper. Never worn, tags attached. Looking to downsize my closet so reasonable offers and welcome. Bought this to do a Disneybound as Cinderella but decided it was too hot to wear that day and wore something else. Sold out and no longer restocking. Print is a very delicate pinstripe it looks like a solid baby blue color from afar. Only hung for photos, this has been kept folded and needs steaming.
