Selkie Jardin De Fleurs Shrug Puff Dress Size small

The Jardin De Fleurs Shrug Puff is a two-piece dress: a strapless puff, topped with a sweet little shrug and puffed sleeves, accented with velvet ribbons on the crisp, pointed collar, and at the elbows. The dress can be worn solo, and the shrug can be paired with another dress or top. Wear both pieces together for added drama on a walk through a garden as frost settles on wintry English primroses. This was a gift for me. I have sensitive skin. This is a beautiful dress but the material does not work for my skin. I cut off some tags on the dress but my skin still feels uncomfortable. So I have to let it go. Material type is polyester. Please see picture. Condition is very good.
