Selkie The Cali Rosebud Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @fashionsmyforte. Noticed a tiny blue mark (pen maybe) on the side that must have been there when I bought it, but I never noticed it until looking it over before listing. I never wore the dress, it has just been sitting in my closet since it got to me, and it still has its tags. Price reflects the stain but I am open to offers.
