Semantiks (?) dark grey heathered skirt//worn once

Semantiks (?) dark grey heathered skirt//worn once only, so it is like brand new. Size 4p. Invisible zipper in back with hook and eye closure, and small slit in back. Fully lined. Bought along with Semantiks suit jacket (separate posting) but can’t find the brand showing in the skirt anywhere, so assuming it is Semantiks also.
