Semi Formal Retro/Rockabilly dress

this dress has been tacked (a removal stitching) at the breast. this can be easily removed by simply cutting the string! the dress has not been cut or "altered". If you're smaller busted though, you should be able to wear it as it! Small tear in the lace at one shoulder but because of the style of the lace it is not noticable when wearing.
