Semi Formal dress black and white halter with bow

Stepping Out Black and White Semi Formal Dress. Worn a handful of times. Faint white marks in arm pit areas; may or may not come out (shown in pictures). Halter style (open back) with white bow underneath chest. Slip with tulle and ribbon peaks out from the end of the dress (shown in pictures).
