Semi Precious Stone Bracelet Nana Charm 6.5”

I have a small wrist and this is tight on me. It measures 6.5” in length but is probably slightly smaller because of the stone width. Has a heart charm “NANA” marked 925. But I would guess it’s sterling plated not sterling silver. It’s just not cleaning the way sterling should. Unique clasp. Priced to move.
