Semi formal dress

This is an attractive, slightly below the knee, fancy party dress. It has never been worn, the tags are still on. A rich, dark navy blue, it is the same color below the waist and has a completely lined lace top in the same color. the long sleeves are sheer lace. This is a perfect dress for a semi-formal occasion.
