Semi-formal blue dress

Faviana New York blue dress: this dress is beaded and has a criss-cross-tie open back. The dress is about mid thigh length on me and I am 5'7''. I have always gotten a ton of compliments while wearing (extra perfect for buyers with blue eyes). The dress is in perfect condition! Every bead in place. The dress is size 4 but runs a little on the smaller side because I had it taken in.
