Semi-formal/Formal dress

Floor length, black chiffon, flowy semi-formal/formal dress. Spaghetti straps, criss-cross pattern across the chest with a crystal beading at the bottom of the design. Bottom half has chiffon overlay that has great flow and movement, great for dancing! Comes with a scarf/wrap that has a beading design on the end (in picture 2). Zipper closure along the side. Size indicates 2xl; however, fits great for a size 14.
