Gorgeous dress from Italy. Perfect for a wedding guest, brunch, or shower. Pleated skirt, elastic waist, and ruffles at the arm openings. Lined to approximately knee length in a soft tee shirt style knit fabric. The elastic waist is inside both layers, so the lining and the outer fabric both stretch. Brand new with tags. No flaws. Tagged a size 5 but fits my mannequin well. See photos for more info and measurements. For reference, my mannequin is a medium, size 6-8, 34” bust, 26” waist, 35” hip.
