@karlaholmberg They are smooth but I wouldn’t say silky. They have a bit of shine to them and are also medium thick and compressive.

@njqe3805 I’ll need to measure later this evening for you but the website has this size fitting waist 27-30 inches. I’m about 36 hip and 26 waist and they fit comfortably on me (not too loose or tight).
