Sequin Blouse

Blouse made by Valerie Stevens eveningwear. Solid black sequence with satin buttons going down the front and large satin buttons on each cuff.It is lined and in the picture where it looks like there’s white spots,that is the sequence showing through from the back. In very good condition. I’ve had blouse for a number years think I wore one time. Great blouse for the holidays or any type of party any time of year.
