Brand new boutique sequin star dress. Dress is blue with silver stars and fully sequined. Features a cut-out back and a high neckline and puffed sleeves. This mini dress is perfect for a party. I originally bought it to wear to The Eras Tour but decided to wear something else. Dress is fully lined with a hook closure at neck and zip closure at waist.
