Worn once & in great condition. Bottom sequin part is lined & there are pockets! Sequins aren't overly shiny. I guess I'd call their color as an antique gold. Fun for dressing up or dressing down. Fits true to size.

gizzysmom67 @kylinkylin22 hi I'm so sorry for the delay! I had issues with my dog today & just got back from the animal hospital about a half hour ago. But I did check & can confirm it's not an elastic waist Its a ribbon like material. Hopefully that helps & sorry again!
