Sequin Caplet by La Piccola

I believe this is considered a caplet. It is by La Piccola. There is a third name in the tag, but I cannot make it out. It’s only been worn twice as a modesty, covering for my shoulders, white and silver sequence in VGUC. Size is listed free size. Across the top, she measures eight” and across 19” The mannequin measures approximately 15 inches across the shoulders.
