Sequin Evening Gown Black Skirt w White Sequin

This one piece gown consists of a solid black bottom/skirt with a combination of white and grey sequin top. Skirt includes two side pockets. The back has two matching sequin straps connecting to the bodice which is zipper enclosed. This dress can be used with tulle on the bottom to look fluffier. This dress will fit a regular size 2 or 4.
