Sequin Hearts Navy Blue 2 Piece Halter Top Mermaid Skirt Prom Dress/Gown Juniors Size 9. -Sequined lace halter top with built in padding. -Open cutout on back with zipper closure up top and hook & eye closure on bottom band. -Lace and sequins are navy blue, lining fabric is a nude/tan color. -Mermaid floor length skirt with ruffle details on the back. -Zipper closure on back of skirt. -Has a little bit of stretch -Satiny, flowy material -Layer of tulle in between lining and outer skirt Pre owned in gently used condition, worn once to a military ball. One of the hook & eye closures on the top is a little loose, still fully functional, can be tacked down with a stitch if desired. Garment was cleaned after wearing.
