Sequin Hearts Lace & Sequin Halter Neck Empire Waist Short Navy Dress

Navy blue with built in padded bra and beige underlining. Dress is stretchy but too small in bust for me. Perfect alternative to the LBD. Short and hits me mid to lower thigh, I’m 5’6” with long torso.
