Sequin Hearts Size 1 Formal Dress in Sage

Purchased for an event but did not wear. It has some loose threads, see photos. It has been hanging in my closet and has one spot that would come out with dry cleaning. This is very cute and great for a formal occasion. Good for a young lady to wear as a wedding guest or homecoming.
