Cute, comfortable & flattering. What more can you ask for in a warm weather dress? Halter top that ties behind the neck. Smocking with elastic in back. Padded/shelf bra so the girls will be comfy, too😊. Banded bubble bottom. In great condition; there’s pilling but since it’s uniformed & only noticeable on really close inspection, it doesn’t affect the aesthetic of the dress. Super soft comfortable fabric.🌹 Approximate measurements were taken with garment laying flat. Armpit to armpit: 14” (but with elastic smocking can comfortably stretch several inches) Length (from top of shoulder to hem in front): 33”
