Sequin Plum and Black crop top, and pleated skirt set from JC Penny’s. Fits size XS. Skirt is shimmery. Top lining of skirt and trim of top are velvet. Is actually a girls size 12 the skirt can’t be pulled up so that your belly doesn’t show from the short top. This was purchased for family pictures, for my 17 year old (who is super tiny, and only worn once for an hour. She never liked the outfit, so it’s up for grabs to you guys!
