Black and dark green sequin burn out velvet halter top. This is really pretty and the bottom tassels are threaded with beads. I've never worn it; just one of those things I had to have in the moment and never found the right outfit to put it together with. It would look beautiful with anything black velvet for dress up but with jeans for a night out or a concert. It's classy and can go anywhere. Message me for measurements.
