Sequin mini dress

I bought this at a sample sale in Hong Kong. It is new with tags. It comes to mid thigh on me and I am 5’5”. It’s a cute cocktail dress. No missing sequins. Pleats at bottom and arm and neck holes have ruched satin. It says size 40, which is size 8. I think it’s closer to a size 6.
