Sequined and Ruffled Black Mini Party Dress

Beautiful size 10 black dress featuring a sequined top, a drop waist tied with a satin bow, and a sheer, floaty, ruffly bottom. Dress has adjustable spaghetti straps and a side zipper. Dress is lightweight with a satin slip underneath. Perfect for weddings, semi-formal dances, or events where you want to get noticed! A few sequins are missing from right underarm near the seam - not sure if flaw, or designed this way (pictured). Fabric - 100% polyester. Dry clean only. Measurements below.
