@mrsfischead The waist is 13.5 inches, the length is 15.5 inches. For the blazer, the shoulder measurement is 17.5 inches across, sleeve length is 23 inches.
The shorts are high waisted, yes.
I’m a true size 4. The jacket was a perfect fit through shoulder and length. There are should pads in the jacket that are not removable. The shorts were slightly big in the waist for me.
