Circa the early 2000s. This was made for me. I am 5'3" and have a shorter torso and this was short on me, so please keep that in mind. It is 25" from top of halter to bottom of dress. The fabric is very stretchy. Easy to get on/off. Can be worn with/without the matching bra. Bra is a 32C/D. Overall in very good condition. It's a fun shiny dress that looks great in blacklights.

@kelseykaboom it’s 25 inches from neck to bottom of dress. It was specifically made for my short torso. Will that be long enough for you? I’ll accept the offer, but I wanted to make sure you knew that. 😉😊
