@skyguitars ok so from armpit to armpit/across the chest while laying flat comes to 23 1/2 inches. From side to side across the stomach area is 21 1/2 inches, bottom hem is 25 inches across. Hope this helps an again I apologize for the delay due to traveling.

After speaking with a friend, my measurements should be times 2, since the blouse was laying flat on my table. So sorry I’m not a seamstress and don’t know a lot about measuring fabric.
So the measurements 23 1/2 *2 = 47 inches and the 21 1/2 inches = 43 inches…I hope this helps and if not my apologies. Whatever you decide is fine. Take care❣️
