It has arms and black fringe that lines the bottom. It is pre-owned with very light pilling and one small white spot on the sleeve, but it is otherwise in great condition. Size M/L. 65% polyester, 29% rayon 6% spandex. Trim is 100% polyester and 100% rayon. Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry, low iron.
