Serenade black & white polka dot blouse.

Dressy black & white sheer blouse with broomstick type pleats. It measures approx. 17.5" from armpit to armpit when laid flat, approx. 24" from shoulder to bottom. It does flare out at the bottom, the hem measures about 24" when laid flat. There are a couple of areas where the threads have pulled slightly, see pictures, but it is not noticeable.
