The boots heels were worn down, the suede was separating from the tips of the soles, and she didn’t want to take ownership. That made me become VERY SELECTIVE of who I shop from!! Same here, I’m not selling much either & I became disabled in 2006 & if you notice all my things are new because I didn’t get to wear them because I don’t leave my house but it’s tough. I can’t wear heels because my feet are fused. I had 2 reconstruction surgeries, I can only wear flats, my feet have no movement I’m 39
