Serpui Marie Wicker Handbag with Blue Leather Rhinestone Floral & Gold Fringe

This is a Serpui Marie wicker handbag that features a band of turquoise blue leather floral deign with rhinestones and gold leather fringe. Made in Brazil. The bag is structurally in excellent condition. The gold fringe is mottled with silver in the front of the bag. I don't know if this is the design or a flaw/defect. Priced accordingly.
