Sessin Durgham Solid Sterling Silver and 18K Gold one of a kind Cross

This is one of my top ten favorite pieces in our entire collection! For sale is a stunning one of a kind Famed Sessin Durgham HEAVY Solid Sterling and 18K Gold THICK Cross. The original owner purchased this piece inTaos, New Mexico in the early 2000's. At the time (and still to this day) the talk of the town was an artist named Sessin Durgham, who (after finding success in the sculptural world) had decided to break into the jewelry industry. He made only 5 of these crosses and the rest of them are not on the market for sale, thus making this basically a one-of-a-kind piece. This piece is HALLMARKED at the back beam of the cross as such: Sessins, 18K, Sterling. The cross weighs a whopping 28 grams and is composed of a HEAVY sterling silver and 18K yellow gold. The cross measures 2-3/4” long and 1-1/2” wide. It is BIG and HEAVY! The bail on the top of this cross is HUGE. The bail and the cross endpoints of the cross are covered in thick 18K yellow gold.
