This is for a set of copper rings. They are adjustable. I was sent 2 sets by mistake. This is the extra set. Copper/magnet combo is supposed to be "healing", supposed to promote "weight loss" and "balance". I can't say that it does/did any of this for me, but they're neat looking and it can't hurt to try, right? :-) I wear mine all of the time and they've not tarnished. If they do, it tarnishes to a cool patina look. They do not make my fingers green, though copper can do that. I adjusted and stacked mine for a thicker chunkier look.
