I added some photo with the measuring tape to help you. The length from top of strap to bottom of top is approx. 22”. Elastic comes above bodice. It measures 15”, once fabric is no longer gathered by elastic it measures approx 20” across front of top. Both are XS. Measurements for both tops the same.
