Set of 4 antique sterling silver teaspoons by Gorham in the Medici Old pattern. Monogram appears to be P Gorham's Medici Old is a multi motif pattern designed in 1880. Named for the time of Lorenzo de Medici, the pattern depicts scenes of social and intellectual life from the Italian court of the 15th Century. The style of the Gorham hallmark indicates manufacture in the last quarter of the 19th Century. Measures approx 5 7/8" long, 1 1/4" wide across bowl. Weighs approx 145.8g, 93.8dwt total. Marked lion anchor G STERLING star (date mark for 1888) Very nice condition with some slight scratches and mild tarnish. Will be packed securely and shipped US Priority Mail with insurance.
