Set of 4 Vintage Sakura SNOWMAN Stoneware Mugs with Artwork by Debbie Mumm 1998 Four different Sakura SNOWMAN stoneware mugs each featuring wrap-around art by Debbie Mumm with five repeating images, framed in a red and white candy cane striped border, of a snowman with accessories against a bright blue snowy background. Decorative borders of a black and white checkerboard patterns and holly and berries patterns circle the tops and bottoms of the mugs. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Measures 3.75” tall with a 3.5” diameter. Holds 12 fluid oz. Each mug features a different carrot nosed, twig armed snowman character. 1) Snowman wearing a dark blue hat and a row of yellow star shaped buttons on its body. Red birds are perched on its hat and on its twig arms; 2) Snowman wearing a blue cap and red jacket with 2 candy canes in its green pocket with an upside down broom upon which a bird is perched; 3) A pair of snowmen, one wearing a multicolored wool neck scarf, the other with 3 large buttons and a spotted design. Both have twig arms, with a bird in a nest in one; 4) Snowman wearing a red hat and mittens with a red plaid wool neck scarf holding an upside down broom. Great designs by a collectible artist.
